The Type and Communication project consisted of three parts: Type as Text, Type as Image, and Type as Text and Image. It follows the monologue of Mad Men’s scene known as “The Carousel.” I adhered to the feel of the monologue’s nostalgia, stillness, and sadness that it gave. I conveyed those feelings through this series through my choice of color and layout.
